i say you shouldn't keep the money because that is considered stealing. you should return the wallet to the owner with all the money in it. it doesn't matter if they are wealthy or not, it is rightfully theirs and shouldn't be taken from them. i say this because i would be upset if someone took my money that i have been looking for. people work hard for their money and if you return it, there is always the possibility that you may receive a reward for it. i also say that you should return the money because if i was in their shoes and i lost something that valuable, i would want to repay them for the favor of bringing it back to me.
